Warranty Coverage Period

보탬큐브N 의 경우 제품 수리에 한해 품질보증기간 3년 적용됩니다. 수리 완료된 제품 발송시의 편도 배송비 부담 구간은 1년으로만 적용됩니다.
*For the BotemCube N, 3-year warranty period is applied for product repairs. However, the one-way shipping cost coverage is only valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- 상품을 공급 받으신 날로부터 1년 이내 제품상의 하자로 인한 A/S는 수리비 무상으로 진행
Repairs due to product defects will be provided free of charge within one year of purchase. - 고객 과실에 의한 고장 또는 파손의 경우, 수리비가 청구됩니다. (외부 충격, 사용 부주의, 관리 소홀 등)
In cases of customer negligence—such as damage from impact, improper use, or poor maintenance—repair costs will be charged.

-Repairs due to product defects: Free of charge
-Repairs due to customer negligence (e.g. impact, misuse, poor maintenance): Repair cost will be charged
-For BotemCube N only: 3-year warranty for repairs is applied, but return shipping is only covered within the first year.
